Villa APOSPERITIS is one of the jewels of the village of Panormo: an old listed stone house with sea view, located in the heart of the village in the middle of the north coast of Crete, Greece.
The house was renovated in 2012 and 2018 into three spacious and authentic apartments to accommodate respectively 5, 5 and 2 visitors or 10 to 12 people, which communicate via the patio and verandas. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms as well as ceiling fans, TV and internet access via the free Wi-Fi network.

•5 bedrooms: 2 in the apart. upstairs APHRODITI (one with double bed, one with two single beds and a single mattress at the mezzanine), 2 in AVGERINOS apt. (a large double bed, cupboards. Two single sofa-beds in the living room. A wooden staircase gives you access from the bedroom to a mezzanine with one single mattress) and 1 with a double bed and cupboards in ESPEROS apt.

Booking policy

To book, please send us a message and once we have agreed on the conditions (period, number of people/appartments, rate) we will ask you to transfer 50% of the total amount. The rest of the payment will be transferred the same way a week previous to arrival date.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
