The apartment AVGERINOS is situated at the ground floor of Villa Aposperitis and is accessible through the beautiful stone patio. It is uniquely situated in the centre of the old market of the village, giving you direct access to shops on the one side, peace and privacy on the patio side and of course to the sea.

It is a very spacious apartment of 112 m² which includes: a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a large living room with library, one large bedroom with big double bed and cupboards and an ensuite bathroom. A wooden staircase gives access from the bedroom to a cosy mezzanine with one single mattress, ideal for children and a study space. At the living room, there are two bed sofas of 90×200 each, with real sleep-mattresses. AVGERINOS has also a second large bathroom.

Part of the apartment is the outdoor dining room in the peaceful stone patio.

Booking policy

To book, please send us a message and once we have agreed on the conditions (period, number of people/appartments, rate) we will ask you to transfer 50% of the total amount. The rest of the payment will be transferred the same way a week previous to arrival date.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
