The apartment ESPEROS was renovated in 2018 and comes to complete the Villa offering another beautiful space for rest. It is situated at the ground floor of Villa Aposperitis and has a separate entrance from the other two apartments towards the church.

It consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, cupboards and a desk, a bathroom, a fully equipped open kitchen and a cosy living room. It communicates with the other apartments through the patio. ESPEROS, with its stone walls all around and its 100-year old iron rail used as bedhead, is pairing in authenticity and style with the rest of Villa Aposperitis.

Its outdoor space with a sitting area is in the peaceful stone patio. Ideal for a couple, it can be rented together with AVGERINOS apt or APHRODITI apt for more than two guests.

policies

Booking policy

To book, please send us a message and once we have agreed on the conditions (period, number of people/appartments, rate) we will ask you to transfer 50% of the total amount. The rest of the payment will be transferred the same way a week previous to arrival date.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
