  • Pets not allowed
  • Events allowed only when organised in collaboration with us
  • Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed outside when the entire Villa Aposperitis is rent by one group
  • Commercial photography and filming allowed

Booking policy

To book, please send us a message and once we have agreed on the conditions (period, number of people/appartments, rate) we will ask you to transfer 50% of the total amount. The rest of the payment will be transferred the same way a week previous to arrival date.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
